Shipping and Return Policies
1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer a range of shipping options for our customers across the UK. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days): Free on orders over £50, otherwise £4.99.
Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days): £8.99.
Next-Day Delivery: £12.99 (orders must be placed before 2 PM GMT).
1.2 International Shipping We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within the United Kingdom.
1.3 Order Processing & Dispatch Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Once dispatched, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
1.4 Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
Any orders placed during public holidays may experience slight delays.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
2.1 Returns Eligibility We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
Unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Free from any stains, damages, or alterations.
Returned in the original packaging where possible.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for returns:
Sale items or final clearance products.
Gift cards.
Personalised or customised items.
2.3 How to Return an Item To initiate a return:
Contact our customer service team at info@mestoorah.com to request a return authorisation.
Securely pack the item and include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Send the package to our returns address (provided upon request).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2.4 Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If your return is rejected due to non-compliance, we will notify you via email.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@mestoorah.com with your order number and images of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
